THE SPECIFITY OF MODERNIZATION IN AFRICA

Abstract


In the paper it is developed new vision on the ways of modernization and it’s central problem - national building. It is very difficult problem without normal sollution, which influences for stability and economical progress. The author considers the features of the modernization in the region of Tropical and South Africa, their originality and dependence from historical, social and cultural conditions. The article reveals the parallels between postcolonial processes in other regions (especially Latin America). Study finds some correlations between the type of colonization and state experience in the past and the ways of modernization. In conclusion we could predict the tendency of social changes in the region, firstly depended from ethnical and religious diversity.
