Focus and Scope
The Journal is practicing a policy of open access to published content supporting the principles of the free flow of scientific information and global knowledge exchange for the common social progress.
In the Journal only original and of high-quality research papers are published.
The aim is to highlight the Collection research papers of the scientists who aim to study the problems of:
- Economics;
- Management.
The main tasks of the Journal are:
1. Methodological – discussion of the contents, problems and prospects of development of the mentioned above scientific areas, analysis of current existing business and demonstration of new methods and approaches for solving the scientific tasks etc.
2. Informational – to provide the results of excellence, professional analytical overviews, information on changes in the law and so on.
3. Forming scientific community – publishing articles of researchers from international scientific space.
The main principles the editorial policy of the Journal is based on are as follows:
- Objectiveness and while selecting scientific articles to be published;
- High requirements concerning quality of the researches;
- Double ‘blind’ review of the articles (the reviewers do not know the information about the authors);
- Journal decision making regarding the articles;
- Access and immediate reactions when communicating with authors;
- Strict keeping authors’ and co-authors rights;
- Strict keeping to the date of the journal’s issue.
Reviewers of the scientific materials are appointed by the Editor-in-chief of the Journal. Reviewing has two main functions to increase the quality of the researches:
- Identify rightness, significance and originality of the scientific article;
- Propose the ways of improving the quality of publications.
Reviewing of research papers shall be objective and personal criticism of the author (s) of the article irrelevant. Reviewers are required to express their views clearly and reasonably.
Editorial team is a more systematic inclusion of scientific publications in international e- libraries, catalogs and scientometric database for the purpose of entering the international scientific information space, improving the ranking of the Journal and its index of citing authors.
The Journal is published in hard copy and also has Online electronically version, with using the technologies of the universal publishing platform OJS (Open Journal System).
Editorial team does not allow to publish materials that contain the things that are forbidden by the law of Poland and other countries (international legislation), or referred to such resources.
The authors of the materials are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information covered, as well as for ensuring that material standards of international legislation, morality and ethics.
Editorial team is not responsible for vocational and semantic correctness and methodical materials that are published as well as the correctness of references to e- resources and references contained in the text.
In the case of compliance provided by the author (s) of materials intended task and editorial policies of the Journal version shall publish articles, usually in author's edition, otherwise the material is rejected.
Editorial team may at any time modify any provision of editorial policy without authors’ notice (text editorial policy is published on the site collection).
Editorial Journal expects its activities to contribute to the development of both domestic and global economics.

– theoretical and methodological, scientific and practical reseaech of the current condition of the World economy, trends and prospects of its development, forms and features of international economic relations and their regulation, mechanisms of functioning of the world market of goods, services, capital, labour, innovation;

The current Journal practices the policy of immediate open access to the published content, with supporting the principles of free distribution of the scientific information and the global interchange of knowledge for social progress.
Archiving
The current Journal uses the LOCKSS system for distributed archive storage of published content in a huge amount of libraries and information centers. GUIDE FOR AUTHORS
Submission Fee
Unsolicited manuscripts must be accompanied by a submission fee of 250 EUR. This submission fee will be refunded for all accepted manuscripts. To encourage quicker response, referees are paid an honorarium out of the submission fees. There are no page charges.
Ethics
The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of work of the author and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior.
It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher and the society of society-owned or sponsored journals.
Ethics topics to consider when publishing:
- Authorship of the paper: Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study. Transparency about the contributions of authors is encouraged: authors sign a statement (download the form of statement).
- Originality and plagiarism: The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, that this has been appropriately cited or quoted.
- Data access and retention: Authors may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such data.
- Multiple, redundant or concurrent publication: An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Elsevier does not view the following uses of a work as prior publication: publication in the form of an abstract; publication as an academic thesis; publication as an electronic preprint. Note: some society-owned titles and journals that operate double-blind review have different policies on prior publication. Information on prior publication is included within each Elsevier journal’s guide for authors.
- Acknowledgement of sources: Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given.
- Disclosure and conflicts of interest: All submissions must include disclosure of all relationships that could be viewed as presenting a potential conflict of interest.
- Fundamental errors in published works: When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
- Reporting standards: Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance.
- Hazards and human or animal subjects: Statements of compliance are required if the work involves chemicals, procedures or equipment that have any unusual hazards inherent in their use, or if it involves the use of animal or human subjects.
- Use of patient images or case details: Studies on patients or volunteers require ethics committee approval and informed consent, which should be documented in the paper.
The publisher has a supporting, investing and nurturing role in the scholarly communication process but is also ultimately responsible for ensuring that best practice is followed in its publications [International Ethical Principles for Scholarly Publication].
The editor of a learned journal is solely and independently responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published, often working in conjunction with the relevant society (for society-owned or sponsored journals) [During Peer Review Process]. The validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers must always underwrite such decisions. The editor may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding issues such as libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editor may confer with other editors or reviewers (or society officers) in making these decisions.
Editorial team:

The main factors influencing the editorial decision about publication of the Compendium of the article is to test materials on originality, relevance of the topic and its importance for researchers and readers.
Editor does not allow publishing materials that contain materials of the resources forbidden by the international legislation.
Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information covered, as well as for their materials’ meeting standards of the law, morality and ethics.
Editorial Board is not responsible for vocational and semantic correctness and methodical materials to be published as well as the correctness of the references to the e- and other resources contained in the text.
In case of compliance provided by the author (s) of the materials’ intended task and editorial policies Digest version shall publish articles, usually in author's edition, otherwise the material is rejected.
Authors of research papers are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, their names, photos, and other information, common sense article; they should:
- not avoid the terms of the license agreement and contract publishing;
- eliminate all the shortcomings of the article (if there are any comments from reviewer)
- not submit an article for publication, which describes essentially the same research in more than one journals or primary publications (submitting articles to more than one log at a time regarded as unethical and unacceptable tone);
- not submit to other journals’ previously published articles;
- ensure the originality of the content of the article, which does not include loans without proper reference or prior approval;
- submit articles that do not contain materials that are not published in the press in accordance with the international legislation, and the publication does not lead to the disclosure of classified information (confidential information, state secrets);
- cite properly the work of other authors, which are presented in the scientific article;
- ensure that the names of all the co-authors of the article referred to in the text and any person who is not a co-author do not include and those all the co-authors of the article had reviewed the final version of it, accepted it and given their consent to the publication.
Research paper must meet the requirements for the articles in the collection of researches on «European Cooperation»
Editorial team publishes requirements for articles that are updated regularly, printed in its publications and online collections.
Editor does not change the decision taken with regard to materials, if there is no serious study.
The materials and articles are not sent back.
The authors of the journal European Cooperation are not awarded by fees.
To review and assess scientific articles the leading scientists in the relevant fields of scientific knowledge and highly skilled practitioners are attracted.
Any reviewer, who believes that his training is not enough to consider studies submitted to scientific work or knows that fast consideration is at low level, should notify the executive secretary of the editorial board and give up the review process.
Reviewers cannot be the article authors’ and co-authors’ supervisors, as well as rectors and vice-rectors of higher educational institutions, heads of organizations and their deputies, members of staff departments, laboratories, sectors, where they work.
The terms to review the articles are determined by the executive secretary of the Editorial Board.
Manuscripts are provided with an e- and printed version.
Editorial team of the journal keeps in secret the names of the reviewers.
Editorial team of the journal uses privacy mechanisms of materials in accordance with applicable law, located on the review.
Any statements, points of view or arguments that have been used before in any publications must be properly designed.
Reviewer is obliged to be careful regarding a whole or partial similarity with any other work the reviewer had directly faced with before.
Editorial team keeps to procedure of regarding responses (complaints) of the author to the reviewer’s observations and promptly reacts to these responses (complaints) and provides further avoiding situations with disgruntled authors.
Replies to comments (complaints) are given in writing by the authors of scientific articles submitted to the Editorial team, which considers them in a timely manner.
The Research Works’ journal editor looks for the materials complied with international ethical standards of materials, though it recognizes that there is no complete assurance that the study materials that are submitted by the authors to be published in the Collection fully meet standards of ethics.
The Editorial team of the journal protects privacy of personal information. Personal data of the authors of scientific articles are wisely used to support the publication of the articles, performance, support and maintenance of the website of the scientific journal, the promotion of international scientometric database.
The editorial staff of the scientific journal European Cooperation have no right to disclose information about publishing articles submitted to anyone other than the author - correspondent.
Editorial team takes necessary actions in case of violation and doesn’t immediately reject articles that are suspicious about possible violations. The Editorial Board tries to avoid unforeseen cases and comply with Standards of Ethics and Publishing and it makes every effort to ensure the proper resolution of ethical issues among authors of scientific articles and the company Consilium LLC
All authors must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence (bias) their work. Examples of potential competing interests include employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria, paid expert testimony, patent applications/registrations, and grants or other funding. Authors must disclose any interests in two places: 1. A summary declaration of interest statement in the title page file (if double-blind) or the manuscript file (if single-blind). If there are no interests to declare then please state this: 'Declarations of interest: none'. This summary statement will be ultimately published if the article is accepted. 2. Detailed disclosures as part of a separate Declaration of Interest form, which forms part of the journal's official records. It is important for potential interests to be declared in both places and that the information matches.

Publication contract
PUBLICATION AGREEMENT

This Agreement (hereinafter Agreement) is a public contract of adhesion (according to Civil Code of Poland) is between you (hereinafter - Customer) and the limited liability company Consilium Sp. z o.o., represented by by Оleksandr MELNYCHENKO the President of limited liability company Consilium Sp. z o.o., as follows:
1. Definitions
1.1. Terms used in this Agreement are used in this sense according to the requirements of the Civil Code of Poland and the Law of Poland «On Copyright and Related Rights»:
1.1.1. The author(s) – individual (individuals) whose creative work (which) created work (document).
1.1.2. Customer - the author (s) of the work, which is served in the Edition for which the Editorial office approved the decision on publication in the Edition.
1.1.3. Work - scholarly article proposed by Licensor for publication in the Collection of scientific proceedings «European Cooperation»;
1.1.4. Edition - International Collection of scientific proceedings «European Cooperation» (ISSN: 2449-7320 (printed version), ISSN: 2449-8726 (electronic version)), or other document for distribution to the information contained therein, subject to editing and publishing processing obtained printing or embossing, printing independently designed, with the original data, which is issued by the limited liability company Consilium Sp. z o.o.
1.1.5. Parties - the Customer and the Contractor.
1.2. Other terms used in the Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the current legislation of Poland.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. Client requests and Contractor undertakes to carry out the Customer editorial and publishing preparation works for publication in (hereinafter - services) and provide the Customer with one (1) copy of the publication in which his work was published. If the work is prepared by several authors, then each additional copy for co-authors should be payed in addition.
3. Conclusion of contract
3.1. Acceptance of this Agreement is the fact that the transmission customer Contractor works for publication in e-mail or on electronic media directly in the editorial, or otherwise.
Since this transfer Customer deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement, and the Agreement shall be deemed concluded without signing in each case.
3.2. The date of the agreement in this case is the date of receipt by the Contractor Works.
3.3. Artist at the written request of the customer gives him a copy of this Agreement on paper certified by the seal.
3.4. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement in the case of changes in the current legislation of Poland. These changes are not retroactive in effect and not subject to the obligations of the Contractor to perform any services previously paid by the Customer.
4. Cost of services under the contract and settlement
4.1. The cost of services is determined by the Contractor in accordance with their own «Terms publication» in Edition.
5. Obligations of the Parties
5.1. Contractor undertakes ordered by the Customer in accordance with the «Conditions of the publication» in the version in force at the time of entering into this Agreement and posted on the website Edition www.we.clmcounsulting.pl independently, efficiently and in a timely manner and not to delegate their execution to others without the consent of the customer.
5.2. Contractor agrees to provide postal delivery customer of one (1) copy of the publication in which his work was published. If the work is prepared by several authors, then each additional copy for co-authors should be payed in addition.
5.3. Customer undertakes make payment for services on the terms of this contract.
5.4. Customer agrees to provide the Contractor with the necessary documents and other information (if necessary), and provide an explanation, orally or in writing upon request of the Contractor to provide services under this Agreement.
5.5. Customer may discuss other than those specified in § 5.2 of this Agreement process for the preparation of one (1) copy of the publication in which his work was published.
5.6. Parties undertake to respect the confidentiality of the information received;
6. Terms of use and processing of personal data.
6.1. Acceptance of this Agreement by Customer in accordance with the Law of Poland «On Personal Data Protection» Contractor provides unequivocal unconditional consent (permission) to the processing of personal data in written and/or electronic form, to the extent provided in this Agreement, the documents relating to of the Treaty, with a view to ensuring the implementation of civil, economic, legal, administrative, fiscal relations and relations in the field of accounting, but also confirms that the received message on the inclusion of personal data in databases of personal data of the Contractor, and that notified their rights as the subject of the personal data that is defined by the Law of Poland «On Personal Data Protection» and the purpose of collecting these data and those whom the data transmitted.
6.2. The Parties undertake to ensure that the requirements of the Law of Poland «On Personal Data Protection», including the status of the protection of personal data against unlawful processing and lack of legal access to them, and ensure the rights of the data subject in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Poland «On Personal Data Protection».
7. Responsibilities of the parties of the Agreement
7.1. In the case of non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this contract the guilty party is established by agreement or by court order, must compensate the other Party upon its request damages in full, if it is caused during or as a result of the conditions of this contract.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The Parties shall not be liable for partial or complete default by the hereunder for a period of emergency, if such failure was the result of a fire, natural disasters, wars and so on. In this case, the term of the commitment under the Agreement is extended for the duration of such circumstances.
8.2. Party that is unable to meet its commitment due to extraordinary circumstances provided for in paragraph 8.1 of this Agreement shall notify the other Party within three working days of the occurrence of such circumstances. Failure to do so does not give any party to invoke further on the above circumstances.
8.3. The proof of force majeure is a document issued by the competent authority.
9. Settlement of Disputes
9.1. All disputes under this Agreement which are not regulated by the Parties themselves, referred to the Commercial Court.
10. Validity of the contract
10.1. Date of conclusion (acceptance) is determined in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement.
10.2. The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
10.3. This Agreement is published on the official website of the the journal «European Cooperation» and legal relationships arising for them shall come into force from the date of publication in print.
11. Other conditions
11.1. If you change the location and/or details, the Party should notify the other Party of such a change in a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of such changes.
11.2. Any changes or additions to this Agreement shall apply, provided that they are made in writing and signed by the Parties.
11.3. On all matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
11.4. Artist has the status of a payer of tax in accordance with the Tax Code and VAT on general grounds.

1.1.5. Non-exclusive license - a license that does not preclude the use of Licensor Works and issuance of licenses to others to use the Work;
1.1.6. The hand - Licensee and Licensor.
1.2. Other terms used in the Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the current legislation of Poland.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. Under this Agreement the Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive license to the Work on the Licensor in the contract limits.
2.2. By submitting an article to the Licensee (hereinafter - the work) Author (Licensor) thereby agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
In the case when the work was written jointly with colleagues, then directing a product of the licensee, each co-author assumes the terms of this agreement.
2.3. Along with the works of the author (Licensor) Licensee sends metadata (information about the author(s) of the article and its abstract part) placed in series in paper original language and in English and a certificate of the author (s) according to information posted on the website of the journal.
2.4. Under this Agreement, Licensee acquires the right to use the work as follows:
- Reproduction of the work in its original language (translated) on paper in the journal;
- Publication of a work / publish the / in the original language (translated) in the journal in an unlimited number of copies in both hard copy and in electronic version on the web-sites of Licensee and electronically: on magnetic media, optical drives (CD, DVD, etc.), flash drives and any other tangible media and in any form, computer readable;
- Providing public access to works in such a way that any unlimited number of users can have access to the work from any place and at any time of their own choice;
- Inclusion of works or parts of the database, collections, anthologies, encyclopedias, electronic publications and other projects produced by Licensee, either alone or with others;
- Distribute copies of the work in its original language (translated) consisting of the journal in an unlimited number of copies; through sale or other known methods.
- The Work of other print and electronic publications Licensee as part to magazines, books, monographs, etc., in all media, existing or to be created in the future, as well as providing sublicense or permit third parties to use works for the whole term of the copyright rights of the entry into force of this Agreement.
3. Procedure contract
3.1. This Agreement is a treaty of accession in accordance with the Civil Code of Poland as well as offer (proposal) in accordance with Civil Code of Poland.
Acceptance (acceptance) of this Agreement is a fact of Licensor pieces for publication in the journal e-mail or in electronic form directly to the editorial, or otherwise.
Since such transfer Licensor shall be deemed accepted that the terms of this Agreement and contract is concluded without signing in each case.
3.2. The date of conclusion of the Agreement in this case is the date of the Work by Licensee.
3.3. The right to use the work deemed to take receipt of the work Licensee.
3.4. License granted for the duration of copyright for unlimited area.
3.5. Licensee shall at the written request of Licensor gives him a copy of the Treaty on paper stamped.
3.6. Within one month of receipt of the Work, Licensee shall decide on the use of the Work, as reported by the authors (Licensor) works. Messages sent via email or a simple letter to the sponsor (Licensor) address. The decision to work may be communicated author (licensor) calls.
3.7. If the time taken to prepare the Work is changing regulatory framework and / or events occur that affect its meaning, Licensee may return the author (licensor) Work on the revision or stop using it.
3.8. In case of return works of the author (licensor) a contract is terminated, and the author (Licensor) has the right to dispose of the pieces on your own.
4. Commitment Author (Licensor)
4.1. Author (Licensor) shall provide the Licensee with the use of the Work, prepared according to the «Requirements for the articles» posted online publication www.we.clmcounsulting.pl.
4.2. Author (Licensor) shall at the request of the Licensee to ensure its timely information and documents relating to the subject of the contract and required for performance of the contract.
4.3. Author (Licensor) shall at the request of the Licensee to take part in the actions and procedures necessary to implement the terms of the Treaty, which require such participation by the Licensor.
4.4. Author (Licensor) has no objection to support the Work illustrations, commentaries, introductions and more.
4.5. Author (Licensor) warrants to Licensee that:
- At the time of transfer of exclusive rights in the Work Author (licensors) owns the exclusive copyright;
- Licensee has the right to transfer the right to use the work under the terms of this Agreement;
- Deliver exclusive rights in the Work to any third party;
- Transferred to Licensee Work in general and some of its elements are original works submitted to the Licensee only this still unpublished, is not an adaptation of the work of another author (Licensor) and does not violate the copyright or other rights of third parties;
- that he had known the information that would indicate that there is a similar or identical him work produced by the creative work of another (other) people;
- not used in the product works whose copyrights are held by third parties. In the presence of the product of the parts that were previously published in print, the author points to their original source.
- quotations from the works of others are used with the name of the author and source of borrowing.
- the product does not contain defamatory statements do not infringe the rights (including without limitation, copyrights or patent or trademark) of others and contains information that may harm or damage to third parties, and playing it will not lead to the disclosure of commercial or confidential information (including state secrets) and that the product does not contain anything that could lead to criminal charges, a civil action for damages or any other form of legal protection of violated rights of third parties.
4.6. Author (Licensor) shall be fully responsible for the violation of the copyright or other rights of third parties relating to Licensee's use of the work and the Licensee shall also reimburse all losses associated with these disorders.
4.7. Author (licensor) grants to Licensee the necessary powers for the protection of copyright.
4.8. Author (Licensor) may orally or in writing of Licensee identified deficiencies of the work, after the transfer of its licensees, and take measures to eliminate them.
4.9. If you use the Licensee Work in violation of the legislation of Poland in the field of copyright and related rights and the Treaty author (Licensor) Licensee has the right to prohibit the use of the Work (suspend licenses under this Agreement) to eliminate such violations.
4.10. Author (Licensor) has the right, under the laws of Poland to determine the amount of information constituting a trade secret or confidential, and require the Licensee's non-disclosure of this information.
5. Obligations of Licensee.
5.1. Licensee is entitled to use the work methods specified in Section 2 of this Agreement.
5.2. Licensee is entitled to provide sublicenses to other persons to the extent granted to it under the contract rights stipulated by the contract area.
5.3. Licensee shall have the right to request and obtain information and documents relating to the object of the author and are (Licensor).
5.4. When using the book The licensee indicates that the name of the author (co-authors), under which the writing is received.
5.5. Licensee shall use the Work under the terms of this Agreement.
5.6. The licensee must not disclose any information that constitute trade secret or confidential information.
5.7. The licensee is obliged to observe the moral rights of Licensor.
6. Terms of use and processing of personal data.
6.1. Acceptance (acceptance) of this Agreement by (Licensor) in accordance with the Law of Poland «On Personal Data Protection» grants to Licensee a definite unconditional consent (permission) to the processing of personal data in written and / or electronic form to the extent contained in this Agreement, the documents relating to this Agreement, to ensure implementation of civil, economic, legal, administrative, legal, fiscal relations and relations in the field of accounting, as well as confirming that received notification of personal data to personal databases Licensee and that informed about their rights as a subject of personal data by the Law of Poland «On Personal Data Protection» and the purpose of collecting these data and those whom the data transmitted.
6.2. The Parties undertake to ensure that the requirements of the Law of Poland «On Personal Data Protection», including the status of the protection of personal data against unlawful processing and lack of legal access to them, and ensure the rights of the data subject in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Poland «On Personal Data Protection».
7. Liability of the Agreement
7.1. Licensor declares that at the time of signing this Agreement he knew nothing about the rights of others who could be affected by the provision of this license.7.1. In the case of non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this contract the guilty party is established by agreement or by court order, must compensate the other Party upon its request damages in full, if it is caused during or as a result of the conditions of this contract.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The Parties shall not be liable for partial or complete default by the hereunder for a period of emergency, if such failure was the result of a fire, natural disasters, wars and so on. In this case, the term of the commitment under the Agreement is extended for the duration of such circumstances.
8.2. Party that is unable to meet its commitment due to extraordinary circumstances provided for in paragraph 8.1 of this Agreement shall notify the other Party within three working days of the occurrence of such circumstances. Failure to do so does not give any party to invoke further on the above circumstances.
8.3. The proof of force majeure is a document issued by the competent authority.
9. Settlement of Disputes
9.1. All disputes under this Agreement which are not regulated by the Parties themselves, referred to the Commercial Court.
10. Validity of the contract
10.1. Date of conclusion (acceptance) is determined in accordance with Section 2 of this Agreement.
10.2. The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
10.3. This Agreement is published on the official website of the Collection of scientific proceedings «European Cooperation» (www.we.clmcounsulting.pl) and legal relationships arising for them shall come into force from the date of publication in print.
11. Other conditions
11.1. If you change the location and/or details, the Party should notify the other Party of such a change in a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of such changes.
11.2. Any changes or additions to this Agreement shall apply, provided that they are made in writing and signed by the Parties.
11.3. On all matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
11.4. Artist has the status of a payer of tax in accordance with the Tax Code and VAT on general grounds.

CONDITIONS OF THE PUBLICATION
in the journal «European Cooperation»
1. For publishing there is accepted only non before published materials – scientific (practical) papers, reviews (review papers), general reviews, which are satisfied to the next conditions:
• Economics;
• Management.
2. Basic requirements to the content of authors’ materials (scientific paper, review, monography review, textbook review, scientific paper review).
- Scientific (practical) paper. In introduction should be grounded the actuality and practicability of the subject development (scientific problem or task). In general section it is necessary to explore the research problems by the analysis and synthesis approaches, the ways of their solving, explanation of their results, their trustworthiness. In conclusion section it is necessary to make a result, to formulate conclusions, give the recommendations, note the possible directions of the future research.
- Review (review paper). In the review there should be analyzed, compared and exposed an important and perspective directions of science (practice) development, of its separate activity types, phenomenon etc. The content should be as a problem character, demonstrate the various looks on development of science (practice) knowledge, contain the conclusions, generalization, summary data etc.
- Monography review, textbook review should contain the critical review and the evaluation of the scientific product (except the dissertation research) in the manner of social and political journalism.
- Scientific paper review should contain the response of the scientific work before its publication. The Scientific paper review that is sent for publication in the journal should explore the actuality, importance, theoretical and methodological value of the paper, should contain the evaluation, characteristics and conclusions.
2.1. Design of the authors’ materials.
1. The paper should be written on the current issues, contain the results of deep research and explanation of received scientific conclusions.
2. The paper must be written in Polish, English, Ukrainian or Russian; the author should thoroughly proof the paper, it should correspond to the thematic orientation of the journal and include all structural elements (in specified order), namely:
2.1) Metadata (information about author (s) of the article and its abstract part) that is placed sequentially in article mother language and English and include (if the article mother language is English, then metadata should be only in English):
– Information about author (full name, academic title and academic degree, place of work or study, position, City, State, E-mail);
– Title of the article;
– Abstract in article mother language (30-100 words), where is clearly formulated the main idea of the article and proved its actuality. It is important! Abstract in English should be informative and original, it should reflect the main content of the article and research results (summary of the article and its reviewing), the abstract in English should be 100-250 words;
– keywords (5-8 words);
– number of formulas, tables, figures and literature should be as follows: for Polish (Formuły: 2; rys.: 3; tab.: 1; bibl.: 12); for English (Formulas: 2; fig.: 3; tabl.: 1; bibl.: 12); for Ukrainian (Формул: 2; рис.: 3; табл.: 1; бібл.: 12); for Russian (Формул: 2; рис.: 3; табл.: 1; библ.: 12);

2.2) The text of the article should contain interrelated parts, which start with specified title in bold Download an example of Paper design (file in doc / file in pdf):
– Introduction. Statement of problem in general view and its connection with the actual researches and publications and also with important scientific and practical problems, with the obligatory references in the text to the used literature. The author should separate from the general problem the part, which is explored by him, and show its actuality;
– Literature review and the problem statement. Statement of purpose and methods of theme research that is considered;
– Research results. Description of main material with explanation of scientific results;
– Conclusions. Scientific novelty, theoretical and practical importance of research, socio-economic effects arising from the implementation of scientific results. Prospects for further research in this area;
– Literature. The list of used literature should be placed at the end of the article. For all source material must be corresponding references. In the text the links to original source should be taken in square brackets with indication of Author(s) Surname(s) and the year of publication (example, «…[Anosov 2014] …», «…[Kovalenko, Podolai 2005] …», «…[The World Bank 2009] …», «…[Gray 1998]…», «…[Gray, Dooley 1999]…» etc.). Original sources are specified in original language. References to the unpublished works are not permitted. If the article mother language isn’t English, then the reference list is added with translation in English (References) due to the international standard bibliographic APA-2010. Names periodic editions (magazines, collections and other) are served transliteration, and in brackets in English. Number of references should have at least 10 references, from which at least one half should be references to foreign sources (if the article mother language is Ukrainian or Russian). Source name in the references are placed in the alphabetically order. To make references to textbooks, teaching aids are not rational. 3. The volume of the article is 8-16 pages of A4; page margins – 2,5 cm, and:
– for Metadata (Author’s information): font «Verdana»; 11 point (font size); single spacing; text alignment – by left;
– for Paper Name: in 1 line after Metadata; font «Verdana»; 13 point (font size); single spacing; IN CAPITAL; bold; text alignment – by center;
– for Metadata (Abstract, Keywords etc): font «Verdana»; 11 point (font size); single spacing; text alignment – by width;
– for Main Text: in 1 line after Paper Name; font «Verdana»; 12 point (font size); single spacing; paragraph indent – 1,25 cm; text alignment – by width.
4. The text of the article should be clear, concise, number of tables, formulas and illustrations (schemes, figures, graphs, diagrams) - minimum and they should apply only if it significantly improves the content of the article, and in case of better and deeper understanding of the article meaning.
5. The graphics (schemes, figures, graphs, diagrams) within the text should be alignment by width with the caption at the bottom «Figure № – Name of graphic» (for the caption – alignment by left) with the obligatory link on it within the article text. The graphics should be in high resolution.
6. The tables should be compact, logically built, and have ordinal number and a short expressive title that covers the topic and content of the table. The table text design: font «Verdana»; 11 point; single spacing. The table within the text should be alignment by width with the caption at the top «Table № – Name of table» (for the caption – alignment by left) with the obligatory link on it within the article text.
7. The formulas should be created with the help of equation editor – MS Equation. Each formula on which there is the link within the article text (example, «… using equation (3) it is possible…»), should be numbered. At this the alignment of the formula by width and numbering alignment by right side.
8. Citing, tables, illustrations, all data are submitted with reference to the source. Under each table and figure should be indicated the source (Source: ….). For notations should be used the font: Verdana, 9 point.
9. It is possible to format the text using the lists. Lists can be bulleted, numbering and multilevel. For numbering lists should be used Arabic numbers «1.», «1.1.», «2)», «2.1)» etc. For the bulleted lists be used symbols «-», «–» або «•».
Notice: the volume of monograph review or textbook review, and also of the scientific paper review, shouldn’t be more than 2 pages (design is similar to point 2.1)
3. The materials should be send
– by using the journal site, which is functions universal publishing platform OJS (Open Journal System). For this it is necessary to register on site (http://we.clmconsulting.pl/index.php/we/user/register) as author and attach the materials;
– by E-mail redactor@clmconsulting.pl. As a mail subject set – Publication in journal.
4. The papers that are sent to the Editorial without the satisfaction of the current conditions of the publication will not be considered.
5. Each paper is getting the independent review: Double blind review (reviewers doesn’t known information about authors, and the authors doesn’t known information about the reviewers). In the case of paper decline the Editorial will give the motivated rejection to the author. The terms of review – up to 10 days.
6. After obtaining the POSITIVE review on scientific materials the author will get the message by e-mail from the Editorial board about PUBLICATION ACCEPTANCE. And then the materials should be paid (see p. 7). Author need to send the copy of receipt at redactor@clmconsulting.pl.
